Vintage 1960's Mattel American Girl Barbie Doll Straight Leg Body

Vintage 1960's Mattel American Girl Barbie Doll Straight Leg Body. The body appears to have painted legs. I do not know if the body is original to the head, but they were together when I got the doll. All I have done to clean the doll is wipe with a soft damp cloth. She does need a proper cleaning.
