LNIB EARLY Pre Mattel Molly Pleasant Co ORIGINAL Braids American Girl Doll, Box

Never played with collector owned Pre Mattel Molly has spent most of her life in the box! She still has her ORIGINAL BRAIDS, and is in excellent condition. She has Pleasant Company stamped on the back of her neck. She has silky shiny hair, soft eyelashes (all intact), clear eyes (no signs of silver eye), and squeezable vinyl. She can hold a pose, eyes function as they should, and is clean with no marks or odors.

Molly is wearing her meet outfit - wool skirt (tagged "Made in Germany for Pleasant Company 1986") and argyle sweater - both look to be free of the usual snags and holes that often occur. Molly is still wearing her original red hair ribbons, dickie collar, bloomers and socks. Her black Mary Jane shoes are also in great shape.

In addition, Molly comes with her accessories - eyeglasses, eyeglass case, red shoulder bag (1990), embroidered handkerchief, and gathered edge beret (1990). She is wearing her wrist tag ("Dolls Made in Germany"). The 1989 HARDCOVER "Meet Molly" book appears to be unread, but the book jacket has some marks. The 1991 pamphlet, "Molly McIntire" is included as well. The white box (with shelf wear - one corner is ripped, plus some smudges) has iridescent images of Samantha.
