AMERICAN GIRL Original Doll Pleasant Company Kirsten-Released1986/Retired 2010. This AMERICAN GIRL Doll Pleasant Company Kirsten Larson, one of the first original historical dolls, she is in Very Good Pre-owned Condition, her hair is a little dry, especially on the ends, and it has been rebraided, she initially had looped braids. Her limbs are very good and she stands unsupported on her own, her eyes, with long lashes, open and close properly as they should.
PLEASANT COMPANY, and artist mark behind her right ear. She has pale light skin, light blue eyes, and blonde hair with thick bangs. I believe she is a transitional doll. She comes dressed in her meet outfit.
1994 light blue calico print with red flowers, long sleeved prairie style dress. Cream and red striped cotton apron with pocket. Pantalettes with elastic waist (a little stretched from age) and white eyelet trim at the bottom.
Tan brown and dark yellow striped thick knit knee high stockings, later ones were thinner. Soft sided brown boots with brown laces.
Amber colored heart pendant on brown cord with loop closure, a parting gift from Kirsten's grandmother. Note: She only has 1 blue hair ribbon. 1996 red gingham checked sun bonnet. Swedish muslin cloth waist spoon bag with center pocket with appliqué design with 1854 embroidery with initials K.
1995 handkerchief with embroidered X's. First version wooden spoon with rounded knob at the end, Marked FRANCE (later version has a straight end).
