All items in beautiful condition, most items are near mint with a few exceptions... The dining table has some scratches and dings (I've polished and cleaned it and its is sturdy and ready for lots more play), the bed has been glued because they have tendency to pull apart and its has scratches and dings, the rug has some pills and pulls, the copper pot has some scratches. Every item washed, cleaned and polished as applicable. Dolls pictured are not included.

The stand up book picture book is not included in this listing. This set is appropriate even for young children. The heft of the set makes it easy for little hands to grasp.

The dark wood pedestal table is fragile... I would put it out of reach until your child is older. There are no age boundaries... We loved our set and my daughter and I enjoyed it for many years. If you haven't read the books... A Pretty blue real wood bed with hand painted yellow flowers and plastic mice on the corners. (11" long x 8" wide x 9 1/2" tall/inside surface is 8" wide x 9 1/2 long). B White cotton tufted mattress. C Pretty pink/white cotton pieced quilt.

D White cotton pillow with blue trim. E Real wood dresser, hand painted with pretty yellow flowers and 4 functioning drawers for storage. (7" wide x 3 3/4" deep x 5 1/2 tall). F Real wood swiveling dresser mirror. G Real wood "cedar" chest or toy box, hand painted with pretty yellow flowers.

H Oil lamp with bronze base (plastic) and clear lucite top. A Black "Cast iron" (hard plastic) stove with 4 burners. Stove doors open showing "flames" on the left side and 2 racks for baking on the right.

Pie plate fits right in! (7" wide x 3" deep x 5 high). B White "Porcelain" sink with 2 "Stainless" faucets... Deep plastic sink holds all your dishes.

(4 1/2" tall x 6" wide x 3 1/2 deep). Fits in sink or on cupboard. D Real wood kitchen cabinet with functioning bead board door.

2 Shelves inside for storage. (4 1/2" wide x 3 10/16" deep x 5 tall). E Black "Cast iron" pot with lid. A Real wood dining table (9 1/2" long x 6" wide x 4 1/2 tall).

B 2 real wood chairs with hand painted rubbed/distressed green paint, distressed spots have yellow paint showing through, hand painted yellow flowers. (4" wide x 6 1/4" tall x 2 3/4 deep). C Blue cotton tablecloth edged in dark blue embroidery.

D Tea set including "Porcelain" teapot, 2 plates and 2 cups with attached saucers. Cream colored trimmed in delicate pink roses and green leaves. E Cheddar pie in "tin" plate. F Plate of cookies and scones. A Cotton floral fabric couch... Creamy background with delicate yellow flowers with red centers and and thin green stripes. (11" long x 4 3/4" wide x 4 1/4 deep) Built just like grown up versions with wood frames covered in batting covered in cloth.
