This is a very hard-to-find example of a 1995 soft-vinyl #11 in original condition. Eyes open and close nicely. No stains, tears, rips, snags, or foul odor anywhere.

Original SOFT, dark brown eyelashes. Line eyebrows are nice and brown, and her lips are still quite pretty. Hair is beautiful (we did not restyle or wash it) and only just beginning to feel a tiny bit dry at the very ends of the tips. Limbs (especially legs) are slightly loose, similar to the way the new AG dolls are made (not quite able to hold that 45-degree angle). We didn't want to restring her, though, because she's in such fabulous original condition.

Has remarkable reddish-brown skin tones left, compared to most of the other early dolls we've seen. Not rosy like a brand new doll, but a nicer shade of medium brown than most others her age who have faded. No body tag (not missing -- she never had one), very common with 1995 dolls. This doll was one of the first medium-skin Pleasant Company dolls. She has the old-style body and soft-vinyl, larger limbs. Nude, as seen in photos. Now for the UNIQUE aspect of this doll, which makes her even rarer.

She has a red-ink "V" mark lightly stamped on her behind. Since Pleasant Company did not have stores in 1995, we can only PRESUME that this "visual" doll was a Catalogue or Office model/display in the early pre-Mattel days. It's our opinion, of course, but she's quite a plum for anyone's collection!

And it really doesn't hurt that she's absolutely adorable. No original box or clothes. Will be packed the way WE would want to receive a doll -- first wrapped in tissue, then bubble wrap (hair in hairnet), and finally placed flat in a box long enough for her to be laid down at her full height.
