American Girl Doll Samantha in Original Box, Germany Tags, Pleasant Co. EUC

Here for the American Girl Doll collector is beautiful Samantha, Pre-Mattel American Girl Doll by Pleasant Company--in EXCELLENT gently cared for condition in her original box box is the early white silhouette Pleasant Company box and is in fair condition with some creases and wear noted from storage. She has the "made in Germany" tags and is one of the earlier quality made Pleasant Company dolls dating to the early 1990s. Long white neck strings are intact. Tan cloth body is very clean. She has no marks or stains anywhere that I can see.

Limbs are tight; she holds a pose and stands easily on her own. Long dark brown hair is soft and shiny and cascades down her back in original curls and waves. Soft brown eyelashes are intact and frame perfect dark brown eyes (the eyelashes on the current dolls are stiff and black). She arrives wearing her meet dress, tagged "Made in West Germany 1986, " black ribbed tights, white panties, and black Mary Jane shoes.

Small pin marks noted on the front of her dress where her brooch had once been attached. Hard to find these early Samantha dolls in such wonderful condition. A beautiful collectable doll and perfect for a gift!
