You are looking at the 2011 retired American Girl Doll Kanani. She has had her head replaced and limbs tightened. She is attached to the box like a new doll. Her hair is in netting as if she was a new doll.

Comes with Hospital accessories: hospital gown, patient wrist band, a get well card, a certificate of good health and some hair fobs. As far as I can see they have cleaned up her body.
